Lucy triumphs at the EU Women's Championships 2008
Royal Navy boxer Lucy Abel is having her most successful year in boxing yet. This summer she took the gold medal in the beat Gratzck of Poland, ranked number 6 in the world, at the EU Women's Championships in Liverpool. Gratzck had previously defeated Lucy in the first round of the competition last year. Lucy is coached by Stuart O'Connor.

In 2005, to get fit and lose weight
