Equity

The Amateur Boxing Association of England Limited is committed to the principle of equity.

No participant, volunteer, job applicant or employee will receive less favorable treatment on the grounds of age, gender, ethnic origin, disability, nationality, religion or sexual preference.   

 

This document confirms the importance placed on the principle of equity within this organization and should be accepted as an indication that the Board of Directors of the ABAE is determined to ensure that all our services and policies are fair and without discrimination. 

 
'Champions'

The ABAE has identified 'Champions' who will play a major role in progressing our work with regard to social inclusion, disability and diversity.

Overall responsibility will fall to the National Child Protection and Equity Manager however the following persons are take up post as 'Champions' being responsible for researching and addressing all areas of their specialism:
